The Piggery

The objective of this project was to obtain planning permission for a narrow site while ensuring its curb appeal and optimal utilization. The site in question was a disused abattoir, which was transformed into two modern houses that overlook a golf course. The render package served as a valuable tool in the design process, offering visual evidence that all constraints were taken into account and assisting in the development of a multi-levelled drawing package.
