The brief: To develop a rundown plot into a luxury family home.
The existing structure was converted into residential and rented out however the upgraded shack was not desirable living conditions. Therefore, a new Proposal was designed which was a four-bedroom house with a detached garage. Due to the public pathway to the rear and tree protection area the house was reduced in massing to only accommodate two bedrooms.
Jerrys Barn is a recent project that showcases the expertise of a business in producing high-quality renders to support the planning application process. The team worked closely with the planner to ensure that the height restrictions were met, resulting in a successful outcome for the project.
