Ashbridge House

The brief: To develop an existing office block into a luxury apartment with an additional building in the rear car park to hole another 10 units.
Residential large development of 32 units, mixture of one bed to three beds to encourage families to the area. Overlooking a beautiful park to the east of the site.

Project Progress:
Since the project's initiation, we have accomplished several major milestones:

- Completed the site survey and analysis of the existing office block and car park area.
- Developed the architectural drawings for the new building in the rear car park.
- Obtained all necessary permits and approvals from the local authorities.

We have designed and modeled the 3D model and renders for our clients to use to advertise their site for investors.
